Identified a recurring scheduling failure in the department's repair workflow, proposed a solution to leadership, and was approved to design and build an application integrating Mazevo and ServiceNow through their APIs so dispatch is planned against the institution's room and event schedule from a single view.
Scoped and delivered a complete vendor-risk pipeline (ingest, scoring, reporting) against a written specification, packaged as a client-ready dashboard with architecture diagram and hosted live demo.
Assessed three organizations' privacy policies against a 47-item control framework derived from GDPR Articles 13-14 and CCPA/CPRA, scoring compliance in an Excel model and authoring a memorandum with risk-ranked remediation.
Built a full-stack application using an LLM API to parse contracts, NDAs, and leases and flag high-risk clauses with page-level citations; identified divergent outputs from identical prompts and architected a 5-run consensus layer so findings are reproducible.
Consensus layer: 5 runs
